Las Vegas
Wedding printing services in Las Vegas
Vegas weddings are built for the shirt bar: the after-party is the point, the venues are load-in professionals, and the travel math is one flat number — $900.
Las Vegas sits just outside our Southern California zone, so it carries our flat $900 travel fee — and nothing else hidden. Gear drives in from Orange County, the crew works the event window, and every pre-produced piece arrives already counted. For most Vegas weddings the total lands close to a local build plus that single line.
Why Vegas and live printing get along
A Vegas wedding self-selects for guests who came to have a story. The after-party shirt bar delivers one: shirts with tonight’s date pressed at midnight read very differently on the Strip than anywhere else. Resort venues are also the most professional load-in environments we work — docks, freight elevators, COI desks, security escorts — which makes the hidden-build-during-dinner choreography easier here than at many boutique California venues.
The desert details
Outdoor desert ceremonies and patio receptions run hot and dry; transfers, blanks, and patches stay cased and climate-managed until press time, and evening stations get weighted displays for wind. Indoor resort builds have none of these concerns — one 20-amp circuit per press and a 10×10 corner, same as everywhere.
What travels best
The live station and the hat bar travel perfectly. Heavier pre-production — full welcome-tote runs, favor batches, embroidered wedding-party pieces — is produced in California ahead of time and driven in with the crew, so nothing depends on hotel shipping docks or last-mile couriers. The Vegas sample plan shows a worked 90-guest build; send your date and we will draft yours.
