Printing your guests actually watch
The difference between a gift bag and a moment is the press. A staffed live station takes roughly a 10×10 footprint, one standard 20-amp circuit, and about 90 minutes of setup before guests arrive. Then it becomes its own entertainment: guests choose a design from a short menu you approved weeks earlier, we press it in front of them, and the piece comes off the platen still warm.
We run direct-to-film heat pressing as the core method because it prints full color, holds up in the wash, and keeps the line moving at 60–80 pieces an hour per press. Screen printing, embroidery, and engraving join the plan when the piece calls for them.
Local staffed stations start around $5,000. Staffing runs $250 per hour and includes setup and teardown, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

How it works
Four steps between inquiry and last dance
- Tell us the pieces. Date, city, guest count, and what you want printed — totes, shirts, favors, hats, or all four. One email or the form below is enough to start.
- Approve art & a plan. We turn your invitation suite, monogram, or a rough idea into press-ready artwork and a written plan covering products, quantities, and the event-night schedule.
- We produce ahead. Anything pre-made — welcome totes, favor boxes, wedding-party pieces — is printed in our Orange County shop and delivered or staged before the weekend.
- We print live. The crew loads in, presses through the event window, and hands your planner a clean, packed-out corner before the venue asks.

Because we produce and press everything ourselves, your monogram sits at the same size and color on the tote, the tee, the hat patch, and the engraved token — and one truck delivers it all.
We are based in Orange County and print weddings across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Las Vegas, with nationwide travel for weddings that book ahead.
